THE STORYTELLING TOOL AS A STRATEGY IN THE TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

The theme of this research involves Early Childhood Education and Knowledge Management
in Organizations. Seeks to assist the teaching work of professionals in this age group proposing strategies that
help in the learning and development of children. Thus, as a general objective, we have to analyze the
contribution of the Storytelling tool in the teaching and learning in early childhood education, in order to identify
new strategies to make teaching work feasible at this stage of basic education; to handle this meta we suggest as
specific objectives: to investigate the Storytelling tool, its principles and fundamentals, in Knowledge
Management in Organizations; to discuss teaching and learning in early childhood education, seeking the
theoretical basis that best will subsidize the proposal to tell stories from the studied tool and indicate similarities
and differences between the strategies used by storytelling stories in teaching work in early childhood education
and the use of the Storytelling tool in Knowledge Management in Organizations. The methodology used in the
research will be basic, exploratory in nature, with a qualitative approach, will be developed by through an
integrative literature review. The processing of data will be based on the critical analysis of the included studies,
in which the evidence is classified hierarchically according to Evidence-Based Practice (EBP). discussion of
results, in which there is a comparison of data from the interpretation and synthesis of results. As a result of the
research it is expected to obtain more information about how the Knowledge Management can influence the
improvement of teaching work, through the use of the Storytelling tool in early childhood education.
