Abstract

Globalization and technological changes in the world of work are demanding that companies be more proactive and aligned with social expectations. Effective knowledge management is essential for transforming information into competitive advantages, improving internal

performance, and optimizing processes. The Knowledge Week, organized by a public mixed-capital company, stood out by promoting the sharing and appreciation of technical and managerial knowledge through presentations, round tables discussions, and various activities such as the Literary Exhibition, Immersive Space with Virtual Reality, and Hackathon. The results included greater appreciation of knowledge, encouragement of employee collaboration, better access to information, and support for artistic expressions, strengthening an organizational culture focused on knowledge management and valuing intellectual capital. The event identified improvement opportunities, such as increasing the participation of external partners and improving the event's promotion.
